The following explains the formula for calculating the maximum charging and discharging current of lithium batteries. The calculation formula is: maximum charging and discharging current=Nameplate capacity * C. For example, if a lithium battery has a nominal capacity of 2200mAh and a discharge rate of 2C, its discharge current is 2200 * 2=4400mA=4.4A.
