Option 1 & 2 Product Features:

1. Using 110/220v 50hz power supply, power 30w;
2. Turn on the power and preheat for 3-5 minutes;
3. Press the piston handle, and align the tin suction nozzle with the welding part; after the tank is melted, press the control button, and the welding seam is sucked into the cylinder;
4. The tank suction unit is equipped with two suction nozzles of different diameters, depending on the thickness of the lead parts;
5. When welding, the operation is the same as that of a soldering iron; it can be used for both soldering and tin absorption.
6. When disassembling the cylinder, press down the top of the cylinder in the direction of the arrow, and pull the cylinder and handle at the same time, the cylinder can be separated; when disassembling the suction nozzle, turn the suction nozzle counterclockwise and remove it.

(Notice: Please remember to clean up the tin in the pump in time, if accumulate lots of tin in the pump, it may melt the plastic handle.)

Option 1 & 2 Notes:

1. Ensure that the voltage is consistent, the voltage is too high or too low is not conducive to use;
2. Before use, tighten the cylinder and suction nozzle to prevent leakage. Otherwise it will affect the suction.
3. Frequently clean the welding impurities in the suction nozzle and cylinder, and add a small amount of oil to the piston;
4. After each use, push the piston 3-4 times, move the residual straw to the nozzle, and then use the straw smoothly;
5. It is strictly forbidden to install and remove some of its electrical components when the suction tank device is opened.
6. When using a new suction tin pump for the first time, it is normal to produce a small amount of smoke due to heating. It will disappear naturally within ten minutes.
7. When using, it should be equipped with a natural cooling soldering iron base, and place the suction pen on the soldering iron base.
8. Before replacing welding parts or welding tips, please turn off the power supply and wait for the temperature of the welding tip to cool before operating.
9. This product has a ground wire and should be used with a socket with contacts. Please be careful.
