CA-6109 Instructions for use of full-bridge high-power LED backlight



1) Power input voltage 12V-28V; boost ratio 1: 7.5, 12V can be boosted to 80V, 24V can be boosted to 160V.



2) The default LED lamp current is 248mA, which can be adjusted to 600mA by short-circuiting the solder joints on the board.



3) The total power output is limited to less than 40W.



4) The best working temperature of transformer efficiency is 85℃, and the temperature rise is 30℃ under the condition of 40W.



5) Reverse dimming mode, ADJ is the dimming port, grounding is the brightest, high voltage dimming to go out.



6) ADJ is not allowed to be suspended, if it must not be connected, connect it directly to the ground wire.


1. the power-up is protected by soft start, so the dimming port should be connected to the ground when not in use, and it is not recommended to leave it unconnected.

2. The dimming port is set to 0~3v, 0v is the brightest. It is already very dark at 2~2.5v, it is basically protected when it is close to 3v, and the output is 0v at this time)
